I forgot to post yesterday. I went for a run last night around 8:00 because the temperature pleasantly dropped to 79 degrees. I attempted the W5D3 run again (20 minutes straight), but since I hadn't run since the previous Sunday, I was not surprised that my body ached the whole time and had to stop and walk once or twice.
I'll definitely try to do better with exercising consistently this week. Taking a week off from working out and eating poorly have taken their toll--I've had trouble sleeping and I miss the utter exhaustion that follows a weight training workout. Here's to a healthier week!
