So I have been absolutely horrible with working out this go round. I made it through Week 2 Day 2 before copping out on the whole running thing. I still don't understand my mentality on this because I absolutely love the after-effects of exercise, but the getting-myself-to-do-it part has been the biggest challenge there. Sometimes I try to imagine myself on something like The Biggest Loser, but I would freak out if I had Jillian Michaels yelling at me that I'm a wimp. I already know that. I don't need it screamed in my face when I am in the midst of all-present misery as it is.
I will cut myself some slack since there are only a few weeks left in December. The holidays will be over in the blink of any eye (probably by the time I feel the urge to write another blog post), and I will start back with the diligence then. Until then, enjoy the treats and Happy Holidays!
